You send us your flowers, and we make them into this beautiful product. You'll receive back a priceless custom heirloom made from your gorgeous blooms. 

By checking out with any items, you agree that you know the following information: Shipping your flowers to us is not included in the order total in your checkout with us. You'll pay that directly to the shipping company separately. 

We'll contact you shortly after you order to ask you when we should expect your flowers at our studio.

The following applies if you're sending us fresh flowers:

You'll need to send your flowers to us ASAP after your event. We suggest 24 hours/overnight shipping wherever possible or getting them to us 72 hours after your event, at most. An exception to that time frame would be if you want a "petal confetti" style or are only ordering pressed items. In that case, you can get your flowers to us within a week of your event and still have it all work out well.
